Stacie D. Shelby, CPA
OVERVIEW

Stacie joined Grass, Coffey & Scharlau CPAs in January, 2013. Her career began as a Revenue Agent with the IRS in Chicago upon graduation from college. After just a few years, she went into private accounting where she spent the next twenty years serving industries such as non-profit, industrial, retail services and mortgage banking. In May, 2017 Stacie became a shareholder and continues the legacy of GCS in providing proactive & responsive tax & accounting advice for clients who are unwilling to settle for where their business is and strive for something more.

Stacie’s main area of focus is providing clients a comprehensive tax/retirement plan that gives clients knowledge and power over their financial future; especially those who have S Corporations, Partnerships and closely held businesses.

In January, 2017, Stacie had the honor of joining the board of Arizona Helping Hands, a local non-profit serving the needs of foster children and their families. This amazing organization provides basic needs (especially a safe place to sleep) for thousands of children in the foster care system who mostly have nothing. She is on the Finance Committee, Executive Committee, and serves as Vice-Chair.
